I do believe this may be the straw that breaks the camel's proverbial back. While I'm happy we're not knee deep in ice and snow, a little rain and wind would be quite welcome! There's something REALLY not right with 4+ days straight of temps in the 80's and high humidity, all while we're humming Christmas carols. While I love my friends and our cozy life in Shreveport, it may just be time to move...

shorts in december?!
I'm not kidding and believe me, I'm not happy about it! After four days of our A/C going non-stop and sweating while out Christmas shopping in capris, I finally took the plunge I never thought I'd take...wearing shorts in December while I work to finish our Christmas list. Un-freaking-believable!

Well, there certainly is no snow here in NC, so I guess that means I lose out, huh?
