hooked

Twelve minutes in and I was 100% hooked. Four episodes in and I'm absolutely addicted! The scenery (NYC), the music, the fashion and my oh my, what beautiful people! I'd half hoped it wouldn't live up to the hype so I wouldn't be sucked in and have an entire season to catch up on prior to diving into the second season. Seeing as how Season 2 begins Monday night, I don't think its possible. As great + fast as Netflix is, there's just no way to accomplish this feat (I currently only have disc 1 and can't get disc 2 until at least Thursday since its a holiday weekend and, oh yeah, there are three more discs after that!) Guess that means that I'll be using Tivo quite a bit in the next few weeks until I get caught up. Hmmm...instead of taking the time to use Netflix, maybe I should just jump in and buy my own copy here. I still wouldn't be caught up in time but at least I'd have all the discs to peruse at my leisure. Damn you Gossip Girl, I'm so tempted and this is the week I promised Lee I'd be particularly frugal!
