11 for 2011

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Here are 11 things I'd like to focus on this year {in no particular order}...

1. actually use the recipes I tear out of magazines
2. use my collection of cookbooks for more than just a visual display
3. declutter!
4. organize my digital pictures & save them to an external drive
5. write at least one handwritten note per week
6. eat less gluten & become familiar with Mark Bittman's "food matters"
7. develop an exercise routine and do it!
8. practice photography {I'd especially like to work on bokeh}
9. see a movie (at the theater) at least once a month
10. read more {fiction or non-fiction, doesn't matter -- I'm open to any and all suggestions}
11. strengthen my relationship with God

I believe last years Christmas present was designed to help with resolution #1!! I like Mark Bittman a lot - let me know how that goes. And, oooooh, bokeh! I love a list like these. I'm working mine out also.

Great list! A couple of those were on mine. I actually spent NYE tabbing recipes I thought we should try. It was an exciting night. ;)

Your resolution lists are always inspiring. We have the same recipe fetish! I had to google bokeh - didn't know that's what shallow depth of field was called. Looking forward to seeing more of your photography. It's coming nicely. Keep at it!
